Popular Nigerian content creators Peller and Jarvis have announced that they are expecting their first child together.
The couple shared the news on Instagram on Thursday, posting photographs that showed Jarvis with a visible baby bump.
In the pictures, the couple wore matching white outfits as they posed together against an ocean backdrop on a beach, The News Edition reports.
Sharing the announcement, Jarvis reflected on their relationship and the journey that has brought them to parenthood.
She described their story as one filled with laughter, tears, prayers and growth, adding that God had continued to guide their journey.
“From two people who once had no idea where this journey would take us… to husband and wife, and now soon to be parents,” Jarvis wrote.
“A little piece of our love is coming into this world. Our greatest blessing. Our answered prayer.”
From Marriage to Parenthood
Peller and Jarvis got married in a civil ceremony in Lagos on July 29.
Following their wedding, the couple faced speculation from some fans who claimed Jarvis was pregnant based on changes in her appearance.
The couple previously dismissed the speculation, with Jarvis attributing her weight gain to late-night meals.
Their latest announcement has now confirmed that they are expecting their first child together.
